The staff were responsive and competent, nothing too much trouble. I was given queen room with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The breakfast was great for vegetarians, and all the food was savoury. The hotel's position was practical near restaurants and bars. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

The hotel was clean and wonderful, had lovely views to the garden & pool. Greatly enjoyed central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television in the room. The location was marvellous, quite close to the railway station, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I came across Ropavieja Restaurante de Tapas, it was not too far from the venue, offered nice shots. I had 1 great day here, recommend the place.

The economy twin room is functional and has a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. The location is comfortable and perfect, 3 km from Barrio Santa Cruz. Area is very nice and close to the stop for the airport bus, the main tourist areas numbers 21 and 32, and the train station and bus to the airport.
